International Yoga Day: Yoga for Carmel Gat

In honor of the International Day of Yoga, we will dedicate our yoga practice to the return of all of the hostages, inspired by Carmel Gat who was kidnapped and is still being held captive by Hamas.

All across the the world we are constantly inspired by Carmel’s strength and determination, who, according to hostages who were with her, continued to practice yoga and even helped them to stay hopeful.

All ages and levels are welcome.

Date and Time: June 24th, 6:30PM (Please arrive at least 15 minutes early)

Location: Temple Emanuel, Newton  All proceeds from this event will be donated directly to the Hostages and Missing Families Forum

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat

• Water bottle

• Yoga Block/s (if needed)
