About the event
Come flow with us outdoors as we honor International Yoga Day with a joyful community practice open to all!
This free, all-levels yoga class invites you to breathe deeply, stretch freely, and connect with yourself and others in the fresh air.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat
Water bottle
Sunscreen or hat
Any other props you might need (yoga blocks, strap, blanket etc.)
Location: A beautiful private backyard in Chestnut Hill, Newton. Address will be shared upon registration.
