FREE New Moon Yoga + Writing Workshop (Tevet)

Each month of the Hebrew lunar calendar has a lesson to teach, and this month is no exception.

Join us for a free event where we connect with the teachings and energies of the new Hebrew month.

To attune to the spiritual and physical aspects of the Hebrew month, this session will incorporate the following:

• 50 minutes movements, breathwork, and meditation

• 25 minute guided writing workshop by Allison Grinberg-Funes

This event is open to all levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, you'll find a welcoming and inclusive environment.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat 

• Water bottle

• Journal/Paper and writing utensil
