FREE New Moon Outdoor Yoga (Elul)

Each month of the Hebrew lunar calendar has a lesson to teach, and this month is no exception.

Join us for a free outdoor yoga event where we connect with the teachings and energies of the month of Elul. 

The month of Elul, the last month of the Hebrew calendar year, is a time of introspection and spiritual preparation. It aligns beautifully with the practice of yoga, where both disciplines encourage self-reflection, mindfulness, and inner growth.

Our session will incorporate gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation, allowing you to attune to the spiritual and physical aspects of the month of Elul. 

This event is open to all levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, you'll find a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Location: Chestnut Hill, Newton (The exact address will be shared upon registration) 

Note: free street parking. No direct access to public transportation.
