Join us for a free outdoor yoga event where we connect with the teachings and energies of the month of Av.
The month of Av is a time of healing and rebuilding, offering a unique opportunity to embrace renewal and growth in our yoga practice and personal journey.
Our session will incorporate gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation, allowing you to attune to the spiritual and physical aspects of the month of Av.
This event is open to all levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, you'll find a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Location: Chestnut Hill, Newton (The exact address will be shared upon registration)
Note: free street parking. No direct access to public transportation.
